You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Digital, customized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. earbuds) are not eligible for return once opened.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or wrong.
